Lawn Care Customer Agreement
Electron Forge LLC Lawn Care Service Agreement
This Lawn Care Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Electron Forge LLC ("Company") and [Customer's Name] ("Customer"). By engaging Electron Forge LLC for lawn care services, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Scope of Services
Electron Forge LLC will provide the following lawn care services:
Mowing and trimming of designated lawn areas.
Precision edging once per month.
Clipping cleanup to remove grass clippings from sidewalks and driveways to the best extent possible.
Service Limitations:
Areas not to be mowed must be well defined by the Customer.
The Company is not responsible for yard defects (e.g., uneven terrain, holes, or dips) that may result in scalped areas during mowing.
The standard mowing height is 3.5 inches, unless a different height is requested by the Customer in writing.
Grass clumping or piling due to excessive growth outside of the Company's control will not be removed as part of the service.
2. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth service experience, the Customer agrees to:
Clearly define flower beds and non-mowable areas.
Remove all pets and animals from the mowing areas prior to or immediately upon our arrival.
If these requests are not met within 5 minutes of arrival, the Company will leave and return at the next opportunity.
The Company is not responsible for additional lawn growth due to delays in service caused by the Customer.
3. Service Schedule & Access
The Company will schedule services based on an agreed-upon frequency (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly) and will make every effort to maintain a consistent schedule.
The Customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the lawn area on service days. If access is blocked (e.g., locked gates, vehicles blocking entry), the Company will skip the service and reschedule at the next available opportunity.
4. Weather Delays & Service Rescheduling
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather conditions (e.g., storms, heavy rain, extreme heat). The Company will notify the Customer of rescheduling as soon as possible.
If a scheduled service is skipped due to weather or inaccessibility, the Company is not responsible for excessive grass growth and its effects on future mowing sessions.
5. Customer Requests & Special Accommodations
The Company will make every effort to accommodate reasonable Customer requests, provided they do not result in additional labor or equipment costs.
Special requests that require additional labor or equipment may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated to the Customer in advance.
6. Payment Terms & Subscription
Payments must be received prior to service.
All payments are subscription-based and will be charged weekly.
The Customer may cancel their subscription at any time by:

7. Liability & Damage Policy
The Company is not responsible for damage to:
Sprinkler heads, landscape lighting, or other lawn fixtures that are not clearly marked or visible.
Items left in the lawn such as hoses, toys, or furniture.
Grass or plant damage caused by lawn disease, pests, or environmental factors.
The Customer agrees to notify the Company within 24 hours of any alleged service-related damages. The Company will assess and determine responsibility on a case-by-case basis.
8. Termination & Cancellation
Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days' written notice.
If the Customer cancels within 24 hours of a scheduled service, they will be charged the full amount for the service, and the service will not be performed.
